HOW IT WORKS

  • BOOKING

    When booking, choose your preferred event time slot. If your selected time is unavailable, please choose the closest available option and leave us a note in the booking form before completing your order.

  • FINAL PAYMENT

    We make things simple and stress-free. Your invoice will be sent at the beginning of the week of your event. Final payment is due the day before your event. This ensures everything is taken care of ahead of time so your event day runs smoothly and uninterrupted.

    The payment made today serves as your deposit and will be applied toward your final total.

  • DAY OF EVENT

    Our team will arrive, set up, and complete your service efficiently with minimal disruption. Our goal is to get in and out without bothering you or your guests, so you can simply enjoy your event. If you have any questions, please refer to our F.A.Q. section.

  • Our team arrives 1 - 2 hours before your event begins so everything is picture-perfect before your guests arrive.

    We will not set up on rocks, sand, mud, or gravel.

  • Our team arrives 30 - 45 minutes after your event ends giving your guests plenty of time to say their goodbyes.

  • We like to have at least 20ft (L) × 20 ft (W) × 12ft (H) but are willing to work with the space you have available.

  • Our cleaning crew cleans and disinfects all equipment used after every event.

  • On the day of delivery, our team will ask you to sign damage and liability waivers before setup. These waivers explain that, while the rental equipment is in your care, you are responsible for any damage, and Magical Michigan Events and its employees are not liable for accidents that may occur.

  • We do not charge a rate for a specific amount of time or charge per hour. However, we do charge an overnight fee.

  • We value respectful communication with our staff at all times. Any disrespect toward our team on-site may result in forfeiture of your deposit, and our team reserves the right to leave the event location.
